l have tried nearly every antihistamine and they do not work.
Are there any side-effects etc. l am 16, by the way.
l have taken sudafed tabs along with my steroid nasal spray and it has worked wonders.

You may have a vasomotor reaction rather than an allergy.
Do you find it worse with hot/cold or emotional stress?
Ask your doctor to refer you to an immunologist rather than just treating the symptoms.

yes.& if they are working - even better. try putting a little vaseline just inside your nostrils.to catch pollen entering your nasal passages.it might help a little.
